By entering this site you agree to abide by the terms and conditions of use thereof. These terms and conditions are governed and constructed according to English Law. All references throughout this site to "www.visiontechconnect.com / www.visiontechconnect.co.uk" or "the Company" or "TAV", should be taken to mean the limited company of Touch AV Ltd, a company registered in England number 5825387, with UK VAT registration number 883 2103 36.
Although TAV will endeavor to ensure the accuracy of all the information within this web site is correct, we shall not be liable for damages of any kind resulting from use of this site, its content, or ordering other than as statutory duty requires.
All Trademarks, brands, Images and their respective owners are acknowledged.
No variation to these conditions shall be binding unless agreed in writing between the Buyer and TAV. No terms and conditions put forward by the customer in conflict with these terms and an appropriate representative of said company shall incorporate conditions into any contract unless separately agreed in writing and signed on behalf of TAV.
The products and services on line at www.visiontechconnect.com and visiontechconnect.co.uk are available for sale to Trade and Business customers only and not intended for direct sale to the end user or general public.
By purchasing any product or item you are thereby agreeing to the herein stated terms and conditions.
2. Description and Availability of goods.
The description and price of the goods you order will be as shown on our website at the time you place your order. Product images are provided for illustrative purposes only and may not reflect exactly the current design of the product listed for sale, especially with generic products. Touch AV makes every effort to ensure that all product descriptions quoted on it's web site are precise and accurate. On the occasion when a mistake may occur, Touch AV will be entitled to rescind the contract, not with standing that it has already accepted the customer's order.
Descriptions are provided for customer convenience only and the customer is responsible for verifying their accuracy prior to purchase. Unless there is a mistake in the TITLE or MANUFACTURING PART NUMBER, all returns due to incorrect descriptions will be treated as a customer error and will be subject to a return's authorisation. Returns on grounds of incorrect descriptions have to be raised within 5 calendar days of receipt and all goods must be in a pristine resalable condition i.e. the same condition as received.
Note: If the product does not match the public statement made about it by the manufacturer, importer or producer; Touch AV cannot be held liable for any such statement or any changes made to such statements on the grounds that if we were not aware about such statements or could not reasonably be expected to know about it, or if it was corrected at the time of sale, or if the consumer could not have been influenced by the statement.All goods sold are subject to availability. If on receipt of your order the goods you have ordered are not available in stock, Touch AV will inform you as soon as possible and if possible offer an alternative item or refund or re-credit you for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card.
Touch AV strives to ensure that all goods are delivered on time, however we do not accept liability for goods delivered on an unspecified day. Touch AV will not be liable for any consequential or indirect loss such as loss of profits, loss of goodwill, damage to trading relationships and financial loss. Touch AV's liability in respect of all other losses shall be limited to the invoiced value of the relevant order.
Pricing and availability are subject to change without prior notice. Initial price shown on any product with variants is the lowest price for that item. The final price of an item will depend on the ultimate variant selected. Pricing will always be displayed at checkout showing the final cost of the specific item selected.
Prices shown are web shop only prices, and may not be available other than for orders placed online. The title of the goods will remain the property of TAV until payment is received in full.
Any typographical, clerical or other error or omission in any web page, document or information issued by TAV shall be subject to correction without any liability on the part of TAV.
Every effort is made to ensure that prices shown on the VisionTechconnect website are accurate at the time you place your order. If an error is found, Touch AV will inform you as soon as possible and offer you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price, or canceling your order.
If Touch AV does not receive an order confirmation within 7 days of informing you of the error, the order will be cancelled automatically. If you cancel the order, or if the order is cancelled automatically due to the expiry of the 7 day period, we will refund or re-credit you for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for the goods.
By submitting your order you are offering to buy goods and allowing us to use your personal details for the purposes of supplying goods (including passing your details onto couriers and other subcontractors). Placing an order does not constitute a contract or imply acceptance by TAV of your order, but only a record of your offer to purchase a particular item at a particular price.
After you place an order, TAV will determine whether or not to complete the order, and TAV may refuse or limit your order for any reason.
For the avoidance of doubt, a contract will only be formed upon confirmation of dispatch of your order, which you will be notified of via email.
Orders placed on-line will receive notification via email,ﾠ if we are unable to process the order. Rejection may be for a number of reasons including but not limited to, goods no longer being manufactured by the supplier and goods currently being unavailable.
All orders made from the UK are subject to VAT at the prevailing rate. Minimum order value will be ﾣ30.00 excluding carriage and VAT.
The goods you order will only be delivered to the card holders address only within the United Kingdom.
All orders placed before 4:30pm (Monday to Friday) will be processed that day provided no additional security checks are required and all stock items are available. (A working day is any day other than weekends and bank or other public holidays)
To protect your security and prevent credit card fraud where possible, we reserve the right to ask for proof of ID and to carry out a credit check where necessary. We accept credit/debit card payments via Visa, Mastercard and Switch/Maestro. Credit card payments are debited at the time of order through Sage Pay credit card payment gateway.
We are unable to accept payment by credit card via Telephone, Fax, e-Mail or over the Internet.
5. Payment on Account
Payment on credit account is available for a select number of our clients. A 30-day credit account application form is available upon request. Applicants will only be accepted once we have received a satisfactory credit report. We reserve the rights to refuse or cancel a credit account to any client we feel is not credit worthy or has payments in arrears.
You must agree to pay any Charges in accordance with the terms stated on our invoice without deduction or off set. If you fail to do so we may, without prejudice to any other right or remedy available to us, charge interest both before as well as after any Judgment on any outstanding balance at the rate of 25% above the HSBC Bank Base Rate until we receive payment in full.
If you fail to pay us the Charges in accordance with this clause we may, without prejudice to any other right or remedy available to us, either suspend any Delivery or cancel any other Contract between us.
We can sue for the Charges due for any Goods that we have agreed to sell to you pursuant to a Confirmation of Order. We reserve the right to increase the Charges at any time on notice to you if for any reason the price of the Goods increases between the Confirmation of Order and Delivery.
We reserve the right to ask you to pay the Charges in advance of Delivery in any event.
All goods purchased on 30-day credit terms shall remain the property of Touch AV Ltd until payment is made in full. We reserve the right to access and reclaim any items that have not been paid for in full, you will be held liable for payment of any additional costs incurred by us for recover the goods.
In the event that TAV are unable to fulfill an order within a reasonable time frame due to insufficient stock, the customer will be notified of an expected delivery date and, should this prove unsuitable to the customer, a full refund will be given.
TAV ship goods from the Visiontechconnect website to destinations within United Kingdom main land only and reserve the right to cancel and refund any order that has been placed for shipping outside our specified shipping zone.
Delivery is charged at cost within mainland UK. Should we agree at our discretion to ship to Islands, remote areas, Northern Ireland etc additional charges will be applied. Please contact us prior to placing your order.
Products are delivered either direct from us or from one of our stock logistics partners. All goods must be signed for on delivery; therefore they cannot be left with neighbors, in garages or at the back door etc.
All delivery time scales given, either in writing or verbally, are estimates. If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you and inform you of the expected delivery date. However, you will always be given the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. In the event that you wish to cancel your order, your credit card payment will be refunded immediately.
If delivery cannot be made to your address for reasons out of Touch AV's control we will inform you as soon as possible.
Every effort will be made to deliver the goods as soon as possible after your order has been accepted. However, Touch AV will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. In this case Touch AV will inform you as soon as possible.
Touch AV will not be liable for any consequential or indirect loss such as loss of profits, loss of goodwill, damage to trading relationships and financial loss. Touch AV's liability in respect of all other losses shall be limited to the invoiced value of the relevant order. Under no circumstances can Touch AV be held liable in any disputes between the claims of the customer and the courier with regards failed delivery issues. Touch AV however is willing to offer its assistance in any such hopefully avoidable instances.

9. Force Majeure
Touch AV Ltd shall not be liable for the cancellation by it of any order or any unfulfilled part thereof or for effecting partial delivery or performance if performance by the Company is prevented or delayed whether directly or indirectly by any cause whatsoever beyond the reasonable control of the Company whether such cause existed or was foreseeable at the date of acceptance of the customer's order by the Company or not and without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing any cause shall be deemed to prevent, hinder or delay the Company if the Company is thereby prevented, hindered or delayed from fulfilling other similar commitments whether to the customer or to third parties
