Delivery Destinations


Listed below are the destinations that we currently ship to. If your country is not listed then unfortunately at this present time we are unable to ship to your required destination. Please be aware that depending on the delivery destination some of our products may incur additional delivery surcharges E.g. if they are particularly valuable and/or heavy.

For security reasons we reserve the right to only dispatch goods to the card billing address. if you select an alternative delivery address at checkout this could delay your order whilst additional  checks are  performed which may also include verbally seeking the card holders agreement before proceeding with order. 


How much will delivery cost?

For delivery costs within the United Kingdom please refer to the shipping calculator that is displayed on the check out page. Additional charges may apply for very large or heavy items, should there be any changes to delivery cost you will be notified prior to your order been completed and dispatched. 

For delivery costs relating to orders placed outside mainland UK please select from the available shipping destinations on the shipping calculator which is displayed on the check out page. Additional charges may apply for very large or heavy items, should there be any changes to delivery cost you will be notified prior to your order been completed and dispatched.

Time Scale:

Once we have received your confirmed order including cleared payment funds to our account, dispatch will normally take place on the same day as goods are ordered and will be delivered to you within the time scaled advised by the selected delivery method. (Working day Monday to Friday) provided*.

* Order is placed before 3:00 pm Monday to Friday excluding Public and Bank Holidays. 
* Payment process has been completed and authorised by our Merchant Bank accounts department.
* We or our Suppliers have stock available and ready for shipping on the day of order.
* We have not informed you otherwise of a delay by email or notification on this website.
* We are not closed for standard public or seasonal company closure.
* The Courier has not lost or misplaced the package in transit.

Should there be an issue with your order that will delay the delivery process i.e. payment authorisation or products out of stock we will in most cases try to inform you as soon as possible. If the item you have ordered is temporarily out of stock or no longer available you will be offered the option of cancelling the full or part order with a full or part payment refund.

Who do we Use:

Our nominated parcel carriers are: DPD and TNT. The specific carrier used to dispatch your goods will depend on the size, weight and quantities of the product you have ordered. We do not use Royal Mail parcel or postal services.

Our parcel delivery methods are a "Signed For Service". This means that the carrier will only deliver and leave the goods at the delivery address on your Invoice, someone must be available at time of delivery to take receipt of the goods and provide a signature between the hours of 8:00am and 6:00pm Monday to Friday.

If there isn't anyone available when the carrier tries to deliver your order, they will leave a card with details of when they attempted to deliver and there contact details so that you can arrange for redelivery or collect in person from the carriers distribution depot. Once an attempted delivery has been made it is your responsibility to make contact with the carrier to make arrangements for redelivery or collection in person.

If you choose to collect from the carrier, you will need to take some form of ID.

The carriers will only hold the goods for a maximum of 2 working days, You are responsible for liaising with the carrier to obtain your goods therefore it is important that you get in touch with them ASAP. If you do not collect or take receipt of the goods they will be returned to us. You will be liable for the initial delivery cost plus 25% administration fee based on the total cost of your order and any additional charges made by the carrier for returning or redelivery of the goods.

Additional Charges:

We display and charge UK V.A.T at the current rate on all goods sold within the United Kingdom and Ireland the current rate. Any additional taxes or charges incurred for shipping to your country will be your responsibility. In some cases you can claim these charges back including UK V.A.T but will be your responsibility to do so.
